The new striker will have a stronger, beveled tip on it and should last you many thousands of rounds.Slide a new cartridge base up the face of the breech and under the extractor claw. It should move smoothly with a bit more pressure as it slides under the extractor claw. The claw should hold the cartridge in place for light shaking.
