TradingView is slightly wonky at times, but it's fine for non-scalping-type trades. I used it before switching to SierraChart. If you're especially worried about disconnects, you could use Tradingview as your platform and Tradovate as your broker. Tradovate has a decent web interface that you could employ as a fallback..
